At the top of a 229-meter-tall building is the Shibuya Sky open-air observation deck offering a breathtaking view of Tokyo, which includes Tokyo Tower, and Shibuya Scramble.

Note: You can sit down and relax but you are not allowed to bring outside food or drinks onto the deck
