Peach Picking/All-You-Can-Eat Peaches in Yamanashi Prefecture

Updated: Aug 2

Yamanashi is the largest producer of peaches in Japan, and there are farms in the prefecture where you can experience fruit picking and all-you-can-eat fruit sessions. During peach season (late June to early August) "Misaka Farm Grape House" created a "course" system where you can choose to go peach picking, have all-you-can-eat peaches, or both!

Where: 656-1 Misakacho Natsumehara, Fuefuki, Yamanashi 406-0804

When: Late June to Early August

Website: https://www.misakanoen.co.jp/

How Much:

1.All-You-Can-Eat (Adults 1200 yen/Children 1000 yen)

2. Peach Picking and All-You-Can-Eat (Adults 1500 yen/Children 1200 yen)

From the entrance and main omiyage area, you walk outside to this outdoor area which leads to the washrooms, peach stands, and the all-you-can-eat area.

You can buy peaches here directly from the farm!

After a short bus ride from the main area to the orchard, you are given time to pick your own peaches. We were given a brief explanation on how to properly pick peaches by one of the staff, and then went on our way. You can go back whenever you please, but you must wait for the next bus to come because its pretty far on foot.

Back to the main area of the farm, here is the entrance to the all-you-can-eat area!

Right as you walk into the all-you-can-eat area, there is a table where you pick up a plate with knives and hand-towels, then a plate of peaches.

You then take the peaches to a sink to wash them, and then make your way to a table to eat.

There are also stands with shaved ice, and other snacks and drinks. If you want, there's even an alcohol vending machine!
