A lovely relaxing spot for wagashi (traditional Japanese sweets) that you can take out or enjoy with matcha in the shop. The taiyaki here is much smaller than traditional taiyaki and the outside is soft, not crispy. They sell plain taiyaki (pictured below in the middle) or taiyaki decorated with something to reflect the current season or upcoming holiday which at the time of taking this photo was Valentine's Day. It's a little pricier than other places (1200 JPY for the mini taiyaki and matcha) but if you're in the mood for some matcha and sweets it will hit the spot.

The interior has 4 spots to dine in and is decorated with traditional Japanese folk crafts.
It was also Setsubun on the day that we went so they were selling this set of adorable seasonal wagashi.
