Namiyoke Shrine, which is best known for its large Shishi heads used in the Tsukiji Shishi Festival (read more about it here)
also hosts a Hina Matsuri (doll festival) where they place dolls in the shrines where the Shishi heads are homed. There are no food stalls or performances but guests can take their time to explore the small grounds of the shrine.
