One of the places you can see early blooming cherry blossoms in Tokyo is at Ebara Shrine which is located in Shinagawa city right across from Meguro River in a quiet and peaceful area. It's a fairly small shrine, but it has a row of big vibrant pink cherry blossom trees, which can be seen in the reflection of the glass of the shrine. (See photo below)
