Kamakura has been a popular destination for tourists for quite some time as it's an easy day trip from Tokyo and has a lot to offer. During cherry blossom season, there are two main areas to see cherry blossoms which we will show below.

2. Kamakura Daibutsu
A bronze statue of Amida Buddha on the grounds of Kotokuin Temple. There are a few cherry blossom trees in front of the statue and one small one on the right side behind it.
